U Rec 101: How to Build and Design your own Workout Plan

Have you ever wondered how you would create a workout plan that meets your needs and includes interesting activities? NMU Rec Sports Fitness staff will be hosting two separate workout design workshops. Participants of this workshop will learn how to design cardio based programs at the Wildcat Fit Zone. Participants will receive a workout log book. There will only be space for ten participants.

This workshop is being presented by Makayla Mahler.
