Room at the Inn - Volunteers Needed

Room at the Inn (RATI) is a local 501 (c) 3, non-profit corporation, that operates a rotating homeless shelter via local churches as well as a Warming Center that provides free meals, guest advocacy, showers, laundry, and phone/mail services to our guests.

Our mission is to provide food, shelter, and assistance to guests transitioning out of homelessness.

To support this mission, we require the assistance of volunteers who believe in our mission and want to make a difference locally. Anyone can volunteer at Room at the Inn, and it truly is a rewarding, educational experience for students. Interested students can volunteer at our Warming Center preparing and serving breakfast or dinner, as well as socializing with our guests or help with intake at the shelter between 9 p.m.-Midnight.

Want to know how to sign up to volunteer? It’s simple.
