Hate Speech: A Lecture by the Heritage Foundation's Arthur Milikh, Followed by Q&A

Ever wonder what counts as "hate speech" these days, and how this controversial concept fits with each citizen's guaranteed right to freedom of speech under the United States Constitution's First Amendment?

Find out when a leading expert on the topic, Heritage Foundation's Associate Director and Research Fellow, Mr. Arthur Milikh, explains how the concept of hate speech operates in today's society.

Milikh's talk will be followed by ample time for Q&A. So, be ready for robust dialogue! The event is free and open to the public. Faculty, students, staff, administration and community are welcome. Light refreshments.

Presented by the Center for Academic and Intellectual Freedom and Cosponsored by College Democrats and College Republicans.
