Essentials of Nonprofit Management

This two-part lunch and learn series aims to highlight current best practices, lessons learned from the field, and trends in effective nonprofit management. 

This workshop will challenge you to examine the overall management of your organization and how its unique message is communicated. Attendees will receive assignments that will be due before each of the two sessions. Assignment responses will drive discussions in a collaborative and interactive forum where practical applications will be explored.

An opportunity to schedule a free one-hour consultation (valued at $100) with the speaker will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop.

20 years of marketing, business development, membership and volunteer relations experience, serving various nonprofit organizations and corporations. Calhoun served as the Executive Vice President of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) bringing about organizational change and financial sustainability by implementing aggressive governance changes and technology management strategies to ensure long-term growth.
