College is a whirlwind of exams, studying, homework, meetings, and having a social life...where does health fit into all of this? It can be so easy for health to be pushed off the "to-do" list. Having a healthy mind and body can make your college experience that much better! In this workshop, you will discover small, healthy changes you can make to feel your best throughout college. We will chat about nutrition, self-care, time management, and mindfulness. Rachel received her bachelor's in science from NMU and she is excited to share tips and tricks to a healthier college experience.
