Beethoven and Banjos Music Festival

Beethoven and Banjos is the Upper Peninsula's unique series of annual cross-genre concerts featuring this year folk and baroque music of Norway and Sweden with some unusual instruments including theorbo, hardingfele, and nyckelharpa. Artistic Director Evan Premo says, "Seven musicians from Vermont, Michigan, New York, Sweden and Norway will create, arrange and present music inspired by the Upper Peninsula."
