There will be a free shuttle to and from Marquette Mountain every Friday and Saturday through ski season. The shuttle will start at 2:30, leaving campus every hour from the Cedar/Birch entrance at Lot 10. The shuttle will leave the mountain every hour on the hour. The last shuttle will leave Marquette Mountain at 9 p.m.

The School of Health and Human Performance will offer a Self Defense course for the second half of the winter semester on Wednesday evenings from 6-9:20. The primary goal of this course will be to teach students defensive techniques and tactics. Students will receive training in basic strikes, takedowns, and escapes from various grabs and pins. The course will also include guest speakers from law enforcement, a psychologist, and an organization that provides resources to victims of domestic abuse. Upon completion of the course, students will have the knowledge to defend themselves if necessary.
As part of the 2019 WinterFest line-up, Northern Lights Dining will be holding a special dinner featuring a special menu inspired by the late 90s which will include of all your favorite childhood foods. Vinyl Reception will be spinning records - come help create the playlist for the night! And, capture the moment using the hashtag photo booth.
